Mr. Arellano is a lawyer graduated from Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, specializing in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes, Corporate Law from Universidad San Buenaventura, and Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Bolivariana. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in National and International Arbitration at Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.

With a distinguished career in governmental entities, Mr. Arellano has held significant roles such as Superintendent of Corporations, Delegate Superintendent of Inspection, Surveillance, and Control, and Delegate Superintendent of Mercantile Procedures at the Superintendence of Corporations.

He has also contributed to the private sector as the Legal Director of the Cali Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, he shares his extensive knowledge as a university professor of Corporate Law in postgraduate courses at prestigious institutions including Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Arboleda, Universidad Icesi, and Universidad de Los Andes.

Currently, Mr. Arellano serves as founding partner of Arellano Jaramillo & Abogados S.A.S., where he applies his expertise and experience in the legal field. He also acts as an arbitrator in several Chambers of Commerce nationwide, solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in the legal and business landscape in Colombia.
