Mr. Arango is a lawyer from the University of Caldas and a specialist in Administrative Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He previously worked as a teaching assistant in Public Law at the Legal Office of the Universidad de Caldas and as a judicial assistant at the Contentious-Administrative Court of Caldas.

Mr. Arango has extensive experience as an attorney in general and labor law, specializing in the defense of public hospitals in Valle del Cauca, including E.S.E. Hospital Departamental de Buenaventura (in liquidation), E.S.E. Hospital San Vicente de Paúl de Palmira (in liquidation), and Hospital Universitario del Valle "Evaristo García" E.S.E. He also served as Lawyer of Defense Counsel at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.

Currently, Mr. Arango serves as the Coordinator of Judicial Defense at ARELLANO JARAMILLO & ABOGADOS S.A.S
